5-day induction programme begins at Usha Martin University Jharkhand

THE JHARKHAND STORY NETWORK

 

Ranchi, Aug 26: An orientation programme for the new session students at Usha Martin University was inaugurated here today.

The five-day programme has been divided into three parts. On the first day, the orientation will be conducted for students from the departments of Management, Journalism and Mass Communication, English, Computer Science, Agriculture, Mathematics, and Commerce. On the second and third days, the orientation will be for Law, Engineering, Forensic Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Nursing students.

Approximately 1300 students and their parents will participate in this orientation. In the first part, Pro-Chancellor Prof SC Garg, Vice-Chancellor Madhulika Kaushik, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Saurabh Chaturvedi, and Registrar Anil Chaudhary of the university will address the students. In the second part, various experts will provide important information about the university, particularly regarding rules and regulations, sports, human values, personality development, placements, etc.
