Ranchi, Feb 21: Director General of Police (DGP) Anurag Gupta honoured the Jharkhand Police winners of the 68th All India Police Duty Meet 2024-25 today.
The competition was held in Ranchi, Jharkhand, from February 10 to February 15, 2024, with participants from across the country. A total of 18 state teams, 2 Union Territory teams, and 8 paramilitary teams took part in the event.
Jharkhand Police won five medals in total—one gold and four silver:

- Gold Medal – Police Sub-Inspector Rohit Kumar Kalindi (Fingerprint category)
- Silver Medal – Police Sub-Inspector Ravi Shankar (Fingerprint category)
- Silver Medal – Police Sub-Inspector Navita Kumari Mahato (Medico-Legal category)
- Silver Medal – Assistant Police Sub-Inspector Balendra Kumar (Police Portrait category)
- Silver Medal – Assistant Police Sub-Inspector Mahendra Mahato (Dog Tracker – Eric category)
Their outstanding performance brought pride to the Jharkhand Police. In recognition of their achievement, DGP Anurag Gupta awarded medals to all the winners.
The event was attended by senior police officials, including Inspector General of Police Asim Vikrant Minj, Deputy Inspector General of Police Sandhya Rani Mehta, and other officers from the Crime Investigation Department.
