Jamshedpur, Feb 22: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued an alert of light rain with thunderstorms at isolated places over northern, central and south-eastern parts of Jharkhand today.
Met officials said that Jharkhand is under a high-pressure gradient due to the transition phase of weather conditions.
Tomorrow, Friday light rain with thunderstorms is likely to occur at isolated places over south and north-eastern parts of the state.

Light rain with thunderstorms is also likely to occur at isolated places over southern parts of the state on Saturday and Sunday.
Weathermen said the minimum temperature is expected to witness a slight rise in the next 24 hours, thereafter it will witness a fall by 2-3 degrees Celsius.
Most places across Jharkhand today recorded minimum temperatures between 16 and 19 degrees Celsius.
