Ranchi, March 7: Chief Minister Champai Soren promised that appointments will be made within three to four months to fill 30,000 vacant posts in various state government departments.

Distributing appointment letters among 2454 newly appointed candidates for various posts, the chief minister said that the state his government is leading is full of mineral resources. “If the mineral resources of Jharkhand are used for the all-round development and upliftment of people of all classes and communities including tribals, indigenous people, poor, labourers, exploited and backward people, then only Jharkhand will be able to stand in the category of developed states,” he maintained.

Expressing confidence, the chief minister said that all the newly appointed candidates will play their important roles with complete devotion and honesty in strengthening the social, economic and educational system here.

My goal is to set an example in a short time

Soren said that his government’s thinking is that such work should be done in a very short time, which can set an example in the development of Jharkhand. “The state government will also soon appoint tribal teachers of tribal languages. The state government thinks that the study of the rich tribal languages of Jharkhand should now be started only in primary schools. Complete preparations are being made for this purpose,” he said.

“Jharkhand has been seen as a state with a golden bird, but it is ironic that for years, work was done to keep the needy people, including the tribals, indigenous people, poor, exploited and backward minorities, away from the system. His government is now working to give people of these classes their rights,” Soren pointed out.

Positive changes in the education system

The chief minister said that his government is working to strengthen the education system in the state. Government schools running within the state are being converted into model schools and schools of excellence on the lines of private schools. His government is improving the system with commitment so that the children of the poor, labourers and farmers of the state can now get quality education. Without education, man’s life will remain incomplete. The vision of a developed state can be fulfilled only through an educated society.
