When asked about the possibility of questioning or arresting Bhole Baba, Mathur said that further arrests will depend on the investigation. If further roles emerge in the investigation, action will be taken. If necessary, questioning will be conducted.

On Tuesday, a stampede at a Satsang in the Hathras district resulted in the death of 121 people and injured 31 others.

The Satsang was held by Suraj Pal, who is also referred to as Narayan Hari, Saakar Vishwa Hari Bhole Baba, or simply ‘Bhole Baba,’ near GT Road in the village of Phulrai Mugalgarhi in Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh.
