New Delhi, Sept 24: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced recruitment for apprentice positions.

The deadline for submitting applications is September 30, 2024.

Candidates who have completed ITI or hold a degree/diploma in engineering are eligible to apply for this recruitment.

Applications for the apprenticeship can be submitted online through the apprenticeship portal.

Recruitment details

A total of 356 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment. Out of these, 165 posts are reserved for trade apprentices, 135 posts for technician apprentices and 53 posts for graduate apprentices.

Eligibility

To apply for the trade apprentice positions, candidates must have completed ITI in the relevant trade. For technician apprentice positions, candidates should have a diploma in engineering, while for graduate apprentice positions, a BE/BTech degree is required.

Additionally, candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old as of September 30, 2024. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per regulations.

Application process

To apply for this recruitment, candidates need to register online on the apprenticeship portal/NATS portal. After registration, candidates should complete the application process by filling in the required details.

Candidates from any category are not required to pay an application fee for this recruitment.
