Jamshedpur, Sept 30: Most parts of Jharkhand are expected to witness dry and clear weather today, said a forecast issued by IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre.
According to weathermen, a few isolated places might witness light rain due to the presence of clouds.
The forecast suggested a rise in maximum temperature in most places today, thereafter there won’t be much changes in the day’s temperature.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover between 33 and 36 degrees Celsius in most places.
There would also be a rise in minimum temperature in the next two days.
Today’s synoptic features suggested no adverse weather – low-pressure area or cyclonic circulation -which might impact Jharkhand in the next 48 hours at least.
Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro and capital Ranchi woke up to bright weather today with high humidity resulting in a high discomfort index.
