Dhanbad, Oct 1: Darshana Kopal, a student from DPS Bokaro, has been awarded a prestigious scholarship by the Singapore government. She has earned a spot at the renowned Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where she will pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Design for the 2024-2028 academic session.
Darshana received this scholarship based on her impressive academic performance in the SUTD entrance test and her successful interview. This achievement adds to her list of accomplishments, as she also received offers from leading universities in Australia, the UK, and Singapore. However, she chose to attend SUTD due to its prestigious reputation and strong program.
Outstanding performance in SAT and IELTS
Darshana’s selection for SUTD was based on her outstanding scores in the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) and the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). She achieved a perfect score of 800 in Mathematics on the SAT and scored 7.5 in IELTS.

Following a series of rigorous assessments, including reading, writing, listening, online tests, coding evaluations, and interviews, Darshana excelled in all areas, securing her place at SUTD with flying colors.
