Dhanbad, Dec 19: A special train service between Dhanbad and Nashik Road will begin operation from tomorrow, December 20, and continue until December 31, 2024, in response to increased passenger demand.

Train schedule

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (Sr DCM) of Dhanbad Rail Division, Amresh Kumar, announced that the special train will run on Tuesdays and Fridays from Dhanbad Railway Station and return on Thursdays and Sundays from Nashik Road.

The train, designated as Train No. 03397, will depart from Dhanbad at 11:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, reaching Nashik Road by 9:00 AM on Thursdays and Sundays.

In the reverse direction, Train No. 03398 will leave Nashik Road at 11:00 AM on Thursdays and Sundays, arriving in Dhanbad at 9:00 PM on Fridays and Mondays.

Route details

Train No. 03397 will travel via Katrasgarh, Chandrapura, Bokaro Thermal, Gomia, Ranchi Road, Barkakana, Patratu, Khalari, Tori, Latehar, Barbwadih, Daltonganj, Garhwa Road, Renukut, Chopan, and Singrauli.

Train No. 03398 will return via Singrauli, Chopan, Renukut, Garhwa Road, Daltonganj, Barwadih, Latehar, Tori, Khalari, Patratu, Barkakana, Ranchi Road, Gomia, Bokaro, Chandrapura, and Katrasgarh.

This train service will link Jharkhand with different states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra, offering convenient travel options for passengers. Ticket booking for the special train has already commenced.
