Jamshedpur, Jan 15: Several parts of Jharkhand especially northern is expected to witness dense fog, early in the morning.
IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a forecast in this regard today. The forecast also indicated partly cloudy sky in several districts.
Weathermen said no synoptic condition prevails over Jharkhand. Many places across Jharkhand today woke up to shallow fog and partly cloudy sky later in the day.

Hazaribagh today recorded the state’s lowest minimum temperature of 7.7 degrees Celsius while Ranchi recorded 10.4 degrees Celsius.
The local Met observatory in Jamshedpur today recorded a minimum temperature of 12.6 degrees Celsius while Daltonganj recorded 12 degrees.
Bokaro today recorded minimum temperature of 10.5 degrees Celsius while Dhanbad recorded 10.1 degrees.
According to statistics, Gumla today recorded a minimum temperature of 7.9 degrees Celsius while neighbouring Khunti recorded 9.8 degrees.
Bokaro today recorded the lowest visibility of 600 metres.
