State General Secretary Alok Kumar Dubey criticized the Indian Railways for failing to manage the Maha Kumbh pilgrimage rush. He argued that the government should have arranged special trains, increased train frequency, and ensured better crowd control at railway stations. He called for the Railway Minister’s immediate resignation, citing the failure to ensure passenger safety.

Negligence or Massacre?

Chief Spokesperson Lal Kishore Nath Shahdeo called the stampede not an accident, but a massacre caused by the government’s negligence. He questioned whether the Prime Minister or Railway Minister would take responsibility or blame the public instead.
