Jamshedpur, May 21: During a campus placement drive organized by Netaji Subhas University’s (NSU) placement cell, three students from the Faculty of Pharmacy (B.Pharm Batch 2021–25) — Nishant Kumar, Pushp Raj, and Nikhil Sinha — were successfully selected by the prestigious diagnostic and laboratory testing company, Dr. Lal PathLabs.

The students have been offered the position of Territory Executive with an average annual package of ₹4.5 lakh.

These students will be posted at regional offices across Bihar, Jharkhand, and West Bengal, contributing to the company’s expanding operations in the eastern region of India.

University officials from the placement cell shared that final-year students across various departments are receiving job offers from top-tier companies. “It is a matter of pride for us that our students are being recognized by such reputed organizations. Our constant endeavour is to guide and prepare students for successful professional careers,” a placement officer said.

Congratulating the selected students, NSU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. P.K. Pani expressed his satisfaction with the consistent inflow of job offers to NSU students. “It is encouraging to see our students getting placed in reputed companies across the country. With growing opportunities in tech-savvy firms and diverse sectors, we are actively engaging with more companies to ensure wider employment avenues for our students,” he said.

NSU Registrar Nagendra Singh commended the efforts of the university administration and placement cell, highlighting the university’s holistic approach toward student development.

Our goal is to make students not just academically sound, but also industry-ready through practical knowledge and skill enhancement. However, student dedication and hard work remain essential to their success,” he said.
