Daltonganj, September 13: A female elephant and a mahout have gone missing in Palamu since August 11.

Narender Shukla of Mirzapur has filed a complaint about this with the Sadar police station in Palamu on Friday, September 12.

It is said the elephant has a chip in its body. However, it is being rubbished since radio collaring is the most preferred thing to trace and track the movement of the elephant.
