Jharkhand News: Ranchi ACB arrests City DSP Reader for taking bribe

Ranchi, Oct 16: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) team, Ranchi, on Thursday, arrested Sunil Paswan, a reader with the City DSP in Ranchi, for accepting a bribe of ₹10,000.

According to sources, the reader had demanded a bribe from a person in connection with a case. When the person refused to pay the bribe, they filed a complaint with the ACB.

After receiving the complaint, the ACB conducted a thorough verification of the matter.

Upon confirming that a bribe had indeed been demanded, the ACB laid a trap and caught Sunil Paswan red-handed while accepting the bribe.
