Jamshedpur, Dec 8: Jharkhand is set to witness a spell of stable winter weather over the next four days, marked by foggy mornings and mostly clear skies later in the day.
According to the latest meteorological update, dry weather is likely to prevail across the state from December 8 to December 11, with no significant synoptic system influencing regional conditions.
On December 8, residents can expect fog or mist during the early hours, followed by a partly cloudy sky as the day progresses.

From December 9 to 11, mornings will continue to be foggy, but the skies are likely to turn mainly clear, ensuring bright and dry daytime conditions.
Meteorologists stated that no major synoptic condition currently affects Jharkhand.
The only active system is a Western Disturbance positioned as a trough in the middle tropospheric westerlies, running roughly along longitude 63°E to the north of latitude 28°N at about 5.8 Km above mean sea level.
However, this system is too distant to impact Jharkhand’s weather significantly.
Meanwhile, dry weather prevailed across the state on Saturday, with a noticeable dip in temperatures in several districts.
A cold wave condition was recorded over western and adjoining central parts of Jharkhand, bringing a sharp chill during the night and early morning hours.
With foggy starts, clear afternoons, and cold nights in the forecast, residents are advised to take necessary precautions, especially during early morning travel when visibility may remain low.
