Jamshedpur, Dec 20: Dense fog is likely to occur at isolated places over the north-western and central parts of Jharkhand from December 20 to December 22, according to the latest weather bulletin.

On December 21 and 22, fog is expected mainly during the morning hours.
No significant synoptic system is prevailing over the state at present.

Light south-easterly to easterly winds are continuing in the lower tropospheric levels across Jharkhand.

During the past 24 hours, dry weather prevailed throughout the state.
The highest maximum temperature was recorded at Chaibasa with 26.8°C, while the lowest minimum temperature of 7.7°C was observed at Lohardaga.
Ranchi today recorded a minimum temperature of 9.1 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur recorded 13.4 degrees Celsius.
