The agency has alleged that he knowingly sheltered Umar-un-Nabi, the main accused, and provided logistical assistance. He is also accused of destroying evidence linked to the attack.

Yasir Ahmed Dar, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, was arrested on December 18 as the ninth accused in the case. Investigators claim he was a close associate of Umar-un-Nabi.
