Ranchi, January 11: As part of the centenary year celebrations of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Hindu Sangam programmes will be organised at 156 localities across the Ranchi Mahanagar area in February, RSS leaders said.
An Akshat Kalash Pujan programme was organised on Sunday at the RSS office in Ranchi, with participation from representatives of all 156 localities. Mahanagar-level functionaries, including Nagar Palak and Basti Palak attended the event.

Public to Be Invited Through Akshat
RSS Ranchi Mahanagar Prachar Pramukh Snigdh Kumar Ranjan stated that the consecrated akshat will be used to invite people from every locality to participate in the Hindu Sangam programmes.
“The formal inauguration of the Hindu Sangam has been completed through Akshat Pujan and Bharat Mata aarti,” Ranjan said.
He further said that all Hindu Sangam programmes will be organised by local volunteers and locality-level organising committees to ensure wide public participation.
