Special care helped cub recover
About 10 days after birth, the cub fell critically ill and had to be separated from her mother. She was raised under intensive care at the park’s veterinary hospital. Due to continuous efforts by forest officials, veterinarians, and staff, the cub has now recovered and is around four months old. She is currently kept in a nursery near her mother for monitoring and gradual adjustment.
Senior officials, including PCCF (HoFF) Sanjeev Kumar, were present on the occasion.
