Ranchi, June 30: The Indian Medical Association – Medical Students Network (IMA MSN) Jharkhand has announced its State Executive Team for the 2026–27 tenure, appointing Dr. Anushri Baral of Manipal Tata Medical College, Jamshedpur, as the State President. Dr. Raja Babu of AIIMS Deoghar has been named the State General Secretary.

The newly announced team also includes Dr. Pratik Ranjan and Akanksha Tiwari as National Council Members, while Sushant Kumar has been appointed as the State Vice Convener. Paridha Singh and Chandrika will serve as Co-Conveners. Aditya Kumar, Vishal Kunwar Singh, Shruti Gupta, and Anant Raj have been appointed as Joint Secretaries.
Dr. Sonakshi, Dr. Raju, and Dr. Anjalina have been inducted as Executive Members.
Focus on student leadership and professional development
According to IMA MSN Jharkhand, the newly constituted executive team will focus on strengthening student engagement, academic collaboration, professional development, and community outreach initiatives among medical students across the state.
An IMA MSN Jharkhand representative said, “The newly elected office bearers will work collectively to advance the organization’s vision and foster leadership among future healthcare professionals across Jharkhand.”
The organisation expressed confidence that the new leadership will play an active role in promoting academic excellence, professional growth, and meaningful student participation through various initiatives during the 2026–27 tenure.
