A series of activities and presentations marked the event, each resonating with the nation’s spirit.

Library on wheels

On this occasion, DPS Ranchi started a pilot library wherein small libraries have been created in all DPS Ranchi’s buses, which the children can utilise to gain knowledge during travelling.

Principal hoists tricolor

The celebration commenced with the school principal, Dr. Ram Singh, hoisting the National Flag. The entire school premises echoed the harmonious rendition of the National Anthem, sung by the students in unison, filling the air with pride and patriotism.

The March Past, a symbol of discipline and precision, was presented by the school’s students and NCC cadets. Their synchronised movements and immaculate formations were a testament to the dedication and hard work put in during the rehearsal sessions.

Cultural extravaganza

The dancers’ graceful movements and expressive storytelling left the audience enthralled.

Patriotic song

Following this, the school choir presented a soul-stirring rendition of the patriotic song “Aye Watan,” evoking a deep love for the country. The powerful lyrics and melodious voices resonated with the audience, creating an emotional atmosphere.
