Adra rail block disrupts train services; several trains cancelled, routes diverted

 

Jamshedpur, April 20: Rail services in the Adra Division have been affected due to a scheduled line block, leading to cancellations and route changes for several trains.

According to official information, the Hatia–Tatanagar–Hatia Express will remain fully cancelled on April 21 and 23. The Jhargram–Purulia–Jhargram MEMU service will also not operate on the same dates.

Partial Curtailment of Services

The Tatanagar–Asansol MEMU will run only up to Adra on April 20, 21 and 23, instead of its usual route to Asansol.

Route Diversion Announced

Passengers travelling on the Tatanagar–Hatia Express on April 22 and 25 will face route diversion, as the train will run via Chandil instead of its regular route.

The Railway administration has advised passengers to check the latest train status before starting their journey to avoid inconvenience.
