Dhanbad, Nov 8: In the wake of the rush of north Bihar passengers in regular trains, East Central Railway (ECR) will run Ranchi–Lahariasarai Chhath Special train to cater to the requirement.
Giving this information, a senior official of Dhanbad Rail Division said that ECR has decided to run the Chhath Special Train on two days, November 9 and November 16, from Ranchi.
In return, the train would run from Lahariasarai for Ranchi on November 10 and November 17.
The train number 08625 Ranchi–Laheriasarai Chhath Special will kick start from Ranchi station at 11 pm which will reach Dhanbad Junction at 1:25 am via the Chandrapura line. The train crossing through Jasidih and Samastipur would reach Laheriasarai at 1.30 p.m. the next day.
In return, the train would kick start from Laheriasarai at 3:30 pm on November 10 which after crossing through Samastipur and Jasidih junctions will reach Dhanbad at 11.35 pm. It would reach Ranchi early morning at 3.40 am through the Chandrapura line.
