Jamshedpur, Jan 22: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a forecast of clear and dry weather across Jharkhand in the next 72 hours.
According to the forecast, the minimum temperature will witness a slight rise after which it will again drop by two to three degrees Celsius.
Ranchi Meteorological Centre also issued an alert of shallow to moderate fog in the next 48 hours
Ranchi recorded a minimum temperature of 12.1 degrees Celsius while Jamshedpur recorded 11.7 degrees. Daltonganj recorded a minimum temperature of 11 degrees Celsius while Bokaro recorded 10.5 degrees.
The minimum temperature witnessed a rising trend in most parts of the state today. No significant synoptic condition prevails over Jharkhand.
An induced cyclonic circulation lies over West Rajasthan at 1.5 km above mean sea level. A cyclonic circulation lies over southeast Rajasthan at 0.9 Km above mean sea level.
