DPS Ranchi students visit Bengaluru, Mysore, Bandipur National Park

THE JHARKHAND STORY NETWORK

Ranchi, Oct. 25: Delhi Public School Ranchi organized an educational trip for students of classes VI to IX during the Durga Puja break from October 21 to October 25. The students witnessed the captivating journey to Bengaluru, Mysore, and the stunning Bandipur National Park.

The journey commenced with students boarding an early morning flight to Bengaluru. Upon arrival in Bengaluru, the students were transferred to Mysore by coach, enjoying lunch en route. In Mysore, students visited the enchanting Vrindavan Gardens. The first day concluded with an overnight stay in Mysore. On the second day, they visited the grand Mysore Palace, followed by an afternoon trip to Mysore Zoo. The students experienced the rich cultural heritage and biodiversity of Mysore, making it an unforgettable day in this historic city.

On the third day, students ventured into the wilderness as they set out to explore Bandipur National Park. They took an exhilarating safari into the park, witnessing the diverse flora and fauna of the region. They returned to Mysore by late afternoon, sharing stories of their wildlife encounters. On the fourth day of the trip, the students bade farewell to Mysore and made their way to Bengaluru. After reaching Bengaluru, they visited the Vishweshraya Museum and the Botanical Gardens, gaining insight into the world of science and nature. The day concluded with an overnight stay in a hotel in Bengaluru.

On the final day of the excursion, students returned to Ranchi by evening, bringing an end to their exciting journey.

This excursion not only provided students with a well-deserved break during Durga Puja but also offered them the opportunity to explore the cultural, historical, and natural wonders of a part of southern India. It was an enriching experience that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on the young minds of Delhi Public School Ranchi.
