THE JHARKHAND STORY DESK
New Delhi, March 28: Delhi Police informed the Rouse Avenue Court on Friday that an FIR has been registered against AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal, former MLA Gulab Singh, and MCD Councillor Nitika Sharma following a court directive. The case pertains to alleged defacement of public property in Dwarka in 2019.

The FIR was filed after complainant Shiv Kumar Saksena accused them of misusing public money and spaces by installing oversized hoardings at various locations, including DDA parks, road crossings, power poles, and boundary walls.
One such hoarding reportedly announced the Delhi government’s initiative for Kartarpur Sahib registration, featuring photographs of Kejriwal and Gulab Singh.
