New Delhi, Jan 2: A 39-member core group was announced by Hockey India on Tuesday for the Men’s National Coaching Camp, which will take place at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) in Bengaluru starting on January 3, 2024.

Prior to the team’s departure for Cape Town, South Africa, where they will compete in a 4 Nation Tournament against France, the Netherlands, and hosts South Africa, a brief 11-day camp will be held.

As part of the team’s build-up to the Olympic Games in Paris, the Test event in South Africa will provide the players plenty of exposure prior to their opening doubleheader matches in the FIH Hockey Pro League in Odisha this February against Australia, the Netherlands, Spain, and Ireland.
