Ranchi, Oct 13: The Department of English at Usha Martin University organized ‘Illuminaria 2.0 – Turning Artistic Visions into Entrepreneurial Ventures’ on Monday at the Dassam Block.

The event was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Madhulika Kaushik and Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Milind, in the presence of Registrar Dr. Shiv Pratap Verma, Dean Academics Prof. B.N. Sinha, Campus Director Dr. Anil Kumar Mishra, and Controller of Examinations Dr. Vinay Singh.

Students showcased their creativity through beautiful handmade accessories, painted diyas, artistic kurtis, scented candles, and delightful food stalls. Each stall reflected the colors of imagination and the warmth of the approaching festive season.

The enthusiasm of students and the encouraging presence of faculty members from all departments turned the event into a celebration of talent, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit. Illuminaria 2.0 truly embodied the joy of learning beyond classrooms.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Shimpi Kumari Chaturvedi and Dr. Jayashree Mukherjee from the Department of English, whose efforts made the celebration a grand success.
