Dry Weather to Continue
The IMD said dry weather is expected to prevail across Jharkhand throughout the forecast period, with no significant weather activity anticipated.
Meteorological conditions indicate a Western Disturbance in the form of a cyclonic circulation over north Pakistan and adjoining areas, extending between 3.1 km and 5.8 km above mean sea level.
An associated upper-air trough in the westerlies, with its axis at around 7.6 km above mean sea level along longitude 68°E to the north of latitude 30°N, is also persisting.
An induced cyclonic circulation, earlier over north Rajasthan, has now shifted to south Haryana and adjoining north Rajasthan, extending up to 1.5 km above mean sea level. Despite these systems, no major impact on Jharkhand’s weather is expected.
