Jamshedpur, June 2: Embracing the spirit of selfless service, the members of the Sangat and Jodi Riders of Sonari organized a Shabeel at Kagalnagar Bazaar. This event, inspired by the teachings of Guru Arjan Dev, aimed to provide relief and refreshment to passersby. The community members came together with their bodies, minds, and money to serve chana, watermelon, and sweet water to the people.
The Shabeel was a heartwarming display of unity and service, drawing the participation of prominent community leaders. Sardar Bhagwan Singh, head of Central Gurudwara, and Sardar Shailendra Singh, head of Jharkhand Gurudwara, graced the event with their presence. Bibi Kamaljeet Kaur, head of Central Stree Satsang, Sardar Gursharan Singh Billa, head of Jharkhand Sikh Representative Board, and Sardar Gurdayal Singh of Guru Ramdas Seva Dal were also present with their companions.

The event was further enriched by the participation and encouragement of many community members who joined in to support and inspire the volunteers. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of camaraderie and devotion as everyone worked together to serve the community.
Following the distribution of refreshments, a langar was organized for all the members, fostering a sense of togetherness and shared purpose. The event not only provided physical nourishment but also reinforced the values of selflessness and community service that are central to Sikhism.
