Around 27,000 practicing lawyers from the Jharkhand High Court and various district courts, along with their dependents, will now be covered under the state-sponsored health insurance scheme.
The scheme aims to shield advocates and their families from financial distress during medical emergencies by covering treatment-related expenses. It is expected to provide both health security and economic stability to legal professionals, enabling them to focus on their work without the burden of healthcare costs.
