Jharkhand Capital ready to greet women from 5 districts for Rs 1000 honorarium

Ranchi, Sept 3: Preparations for transferring Rs 1000 honorarium to women from five districts under the Jharkhand Chief Minister Mainiya Samman scheme were completed today.

Under the scheme, every woman from 21 to 50 years of age will Rs 1000 every month.

Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha, Director of Information and Public Relations Department Rajiv Lochan Bakshi and Senior Superintendent of Police Chandan Kumar Sinha visited the programme venue. During this, Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Utkarsh Gupta, District Public Relations Officer  Urvashi Pandey and other related officials were also present.

Arrangement for seating in three lakh square feet

Beneficiaries from five districts will participate in the divisional-level programme. Arrangements for the seating of beneficiaries have been made in three lakh square feet at the programme venue i.e. Training Ground, Khojatoli Namkum. The DC said that the programme is scheduled from 1 pm to 3 pm. Adequate arrangements have been made for the convenience of beneficiaries coming from the five districts of the division. Enclosures have been made for different districts in the venue, where the beneficiaries will take their designated place under the guidance of the officers of the respective district, Sevika-Sahayika and sisters of Sakhi Mandal. Drinking water will be arranged for the beneficiaries in every enclosure. Along with this, necessary guidelines have been given by the Deputy Commissioner to the concerned officials regarding the arrangements for food, parking, media etc.

Three gates for entry into the venue

Three gates have been made in the venue, from where the beneficiaries will enter. Those entering will be checked with a metal detector at every gate. The DC said that more than a hundred magistrates and more than two thousand police forces have been deputed in the venue from the point of view of law and order.

Route determined for buses

A route has been determined for the buses bringing beneficiaries from various blocks of Ranchi district and other districts in the divisional level program for the distribution of honorarium under the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maniyaan Samman Yojana. Necessary guidelines have been given to the concerned block development officers and district-level officers in this regard so that traffic jams do not occur. The Deputy Commissioner has asked the visitors to come using the ring road so that no traffic jam situation arises in the city.

Instructions to carry out work in mutual coordination

For the successful conduct of the divisional level programme for the distribution of honorarium under the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyaan Samman Yojana, the DC has instructed the deputed police- administrative officers to work in mutual coordination. He said that all should work as per their assigned tasks.
