Ranchi, January 23: On the 128th birth anniversary of the great revolutionary and freedom fighter, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, the entire nation is paying tribute to him. The day is being observed as ‘Parakram Diwas.’
On this occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren paid floral tributes to Netaji’s statue at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Udyan in the state capital, Ranchi.
In his message, the Chief Minister stated that this day is historic for all of us. He expressed pride in the fact that such a remarkable and courageous leader, who infused new strength into the country’s struggle for independence, was born among us.

The Chief Minister highlighted the special connection Netaji had with the states of Jharkhand, Bihar, Bengal, and Odisha, mentioning that there are many regions here that are closely associated with his memories. He further emphasized that Netaji’s thoughts and ideals continue to inspire and strengthen people’s voices, self-confidence, and power.
“Netaji’s name will remain immortal as long as this country exists,” said the Chief Minister. He concluded by paying profound respects to Netaji, saying, “Netaji ko Shat-shat Naman” (a thousand salutations).
