Jamshedpur, March 6: Chief Minister Champai Soren will lay the foundation stone of the Medha Dairy Plant at Baliguma on Thursday.

In a significant stride towards expansion, Medha Dairy has successfully acquired five acres of land in Baliguma.

The strategic move sets the stage for the establishment of a state-of-the-art dairy plant, featuring a robust 50 thousand-litres capacity.

Medha Dairy enhances production capabilities with cutting-edge plant and advanced technology

This forward-looking initiative aims to bolster Medha Dairy’s production capabilities and further contribute to the dairy industry.

The newly acquired land will house a cutting-edge plant equipped with advanced technology to pasteurize milk, ensuring its complete safety for consumption.

Pasteurization is a critical process that involves heating the milk to eliminate harmful bacteria and pathogens, thereby enhancing its shelf life and overall quality. By incorporating this technology, Medha Dairy not only prioritizes product safety but also aligns with industry standards for high-quality dairy production.

This expansion reflects Medha Dairy’s commitment to meeting the growing demands of consumers while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

The 50 thousand-litre capacity of the new plant underscores the company’s dedication to scaling up operations and contributing to the economic and agricultural development of the region.
