Ranchi, August 29: Amid rapidly changing political developments in Jharkhand, the Governor has accepted the resignation of Champai Soren, while the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has recommended MLA Ramdas Soren’s name for the ministerial post to the Raj Bhavan.

Governor Santosh Gangwar has accepted the resignation of Champai Soren, who served as a minister in the Hemant Soren government.

The JMM has finalized another MLA, Ramdas Soren from Ghatshila, to replace him. The proposal has been sent to the Raj Bhavan.

Ramdas Soren is set to take the oath as a minister on Friday at 11:30 AM.
