Ranchi, Nov. 24: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today launched the third phase of the campaign “Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar” by paying tribute to the immortal brave martyrs Sido-Kanhu, Chand-Bhairav and the brave women Phulo-Jhano.

Addressing the function organized on this occasion in Barhet, Sahibganj, the holy land of these brave martyrs, the chief minister said that the officers would go to their doorstep with a bundle of various welfare schemes and would give them their rights with full respect.

 First two phases of campaign quite successful

The chief minister said that the last two phases of the Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapki Dwar campaign were quite successful. “During this period, lakhs of applications were received, which were disposed of and people were connected to the government schemes. After the success of these two campaigns, our government decided to start it again. Under this, applications will be taken from people by organizing camps in all the Panchayats of the state from  November 24 to December 26. Their problems will be solved and they will be given the benefits of government schemes.

The chief minister inaugurated, on this occasion, laid the foundation stone of 891 schemes worth Rs 212.91 crore, and distributed assets worth Rs 298 among over 3.97 lakh beneficiaries.

, Every application will be registered

The chief minister said that every application received in the camps organized under this campaign will be registered and the concerned applicants will be informed about the same by sending a message on their mobile numbers. “Apart from this, information about the action taken on the applications will also be given. Every application will be processed and the applicant’s problems will be resolved. In this camp, the process of making all other necessary certificates including caste and residential certificates will also be completed.”

Overall development of State

The chief minister said that the government is committed to the overall development of the state. “The work of building electricity, water, roads, flowers, culverts and schools and colleges is going on at a fast pace in every area of the state. Health facilities are being improved in hospitals. Our effort is to put Jharkhand in the category of developed states.”

 Jobs and self-employment

The chief minister said that the government is very sensitive on the employment front. “Youth are being given jobs on a large scale in government and private sectors. “At the same time, the Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme is providing financial assistance to the youth desirous of employment. The government is working in a planned manner so that the youth can stand on their own feet.”

No compromise on girls’ education

 The chief minister said that the government is determined to provide better education to the girls of the state. “There will be no compromise on girls’ education at any cost. To ensure that girls do not leave their studies, the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana has been started. Now under this scheme, all the girls in a family will get their benefit because the government has decided to remove the requirement of two girls from a family to avail the benefits of the scheme.”

Dream of tribal, dalit minority students

The chief minister said: “Now the dream of tribal and Dalit minority students of the state to get higher education abroad is coming true. Our government is giving 100% scholarships to these students for higher education abroad. On the other hand, under Guruji student’s credit card, needy students would be able to pursue courses like medicine, engineering and law.
