Land broker had a criminal record
According to police, the shooting was suspected to have been conspired by the notorious Chowda Raju gang of Mango and rivalry in land brokery was the reason behind the gun-shot attack.
Moreover, Sajjad had also a criminal record. He had allegedly launched a gunshot attack on a businessman, Ganesh Singh at the Circuit House area in Bistupur two years ago and had returned from jail recently after he was arrested in connection with that case.
Police are, however, trying to arrest the remaining culprits involved in the murder of Mohammed Sajjad.
