Ranchi, Dec 4: Chief Minister Hemant Soren today got a big relief from the Jharkhand High Court. The high court has stayed the order of the Ranchi MP-MLA Special Court, which had rejected Soren’s petition for exemption from personal appearance in the complaint case filed by ED (Enforcement Directorate) against him.

The Ranchi MP-MLA Court had directed Soren to appear before the court. Thereafter, the CM knocked on the door of the high court against the order of the MP-MLA Court.

The court has fixed December 16 for the next hearing of this case.
