The Jharkhand Story correspondent asked the City Commissioner if the Sthapana Diwas celebration may be a low-key affair despite the voting being over in Palamu but there continues the enforcement of the model code of conduct to which the City Commissioner said: “The model code of conduct is enforced, nevertheless we will see if some cultural shows are  arranged.”
