Jamshedpur, July 15: XLRI today announced its strategic partnership with ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel (AM/NS) India, a collaboration that marks a significant milestone in fostering innovation, developing talent, and driving leadership excellence in the manufacturing industry.

The MOU signing ceremony between XLRI Jamshedpur and AM/NS India took place on July 10. This event was further enriched by an engaging session on leadership and growth mindset.

Led by director, Prof. Dp. Fr. George Sebastian, and senior professor Sunil Sarangi, the session delved into the principles of resonant leadership, emphasizing the role of emotional intelligence and the cultivation of positive relationships in effective leadership.

“We look forward to being part of this journey providing our expertise and resources to help AM/NS India achieve its vision. According to him, the collaboration with AM/NS India will create an environment where employees can thrive, learn, and lead.

“Together, we are poised to achieve new heights in excellence and set a benchmark in the industry,” he added.
