Jamshedpur, May 5: A budding musician, Jaishankar Mahto, was adjudged the best guitarist at a contest at the steel city recently.
Organised by Creativity Academy in Bistupur, the contest christened “Annual Show – 2024” was held in the streams of dance, art and music, throwing open bonanza for the young and talented artists in the steel city.
Dozens of budding artists, dancers and musicians participated in the event. Jaishankar who is just 16-year-old had tried his hand on the guitar by participating in the music section and impressed the audience by playing the instrument.

Jaishankar adjudged best guitarist
Jaishankar was adjudged the best guitarist among the participants who all tried their best by striking the strings of the instrument.
Creativity Academy promotes dance and music by offering a platform to the youngsters and holding annual show under its aegis by organising competitions among the artists.
Considering it an ideal platform for pursuing their interest towards dancing and music, a large number of teenagers tend to join the outfit to explore the inherent qualities among them.
Jaishankar Mahto who is a class VIII student of Loyola School had also joined the Creativity Academy two years ago for learning how to play guitar and was finally named the best guitarist in a music competition.
