Jamshedpur, Sept 6: Dayanand Public School Jamshedpur launched the E-Newsletter ‘Hallway Headlines’ which was a collective effort of students of the English Club and the Computer Club.

Gian Taneja, Chairman spoke about the importance of positive thoughts and positive deeds and thanked the teachers for their commitment to education. He also launched the E- Newsletter “Hallway Headlines”.

The school also celebrated Teachers’ Day with appreciation for its educators. The event was graced by the presence of Chairman, Gian Taneja (Siksha Samiti), Vice Chairman Rajiv Talwar, trustee members, along with the entire teaching staff.

The theme was “Inspiring Minds, Building the nation” which was given by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations. The teachers also took a pledge on the occasion.

The celebration began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. This was followed by a tribute by the students, who took to the stage to express their gratitude for the teachers’ support, guidance, and dedication.

The programme included a singing performance by both students and teachers. A dance performance by the students added colour and energy to the event, further highlighting the joy of the occasion.

A total of 45 teachers were felicitated with awards and tokens of appreciation for their exceptional commitment to education and their invaluable contribution to both the school and the larger community.
