Jharkhand News: IAS Vinay Chaubey referred to RIMS after health check

Ranchi, Sept 6: In the Sevayat land scam case, suspended IAS officer Vinay Chaubey, an accused, was produced before the special ACB court at Hazaribagh Civil Court on Saturday after being interrogated for four days.

The ACB did not request an extension of his remand before the court.

Following the completion of his remand, he was sent back to judicial custody.

During his judicial custody, a team of jail doctors examined his health, after which, in accordance with jail manual provisions, he was referred to RIMS.
