Jamshedpur, Nov 20: DBMS English School celebrated the art of oratory with its Annual English Elocution and Prose Contest, held on Wednesday. The event showcased the impressive public speaking talent of students from Kindergarten to Standard 12, providing a platform to nurture their confidence and communication skills.

Participants mesmerized the audience with captivating recitations, engaging stories, and thought-provoking speeches on diverse topics. The young orators demonstrated eloquence, stage presence, and creativity, winning hearts with their exceptional performances.

The panel of judges, including Ritu Virdi (J.H. Tarapore School), G. Padma (ADLS Sunshine School), and Nupur Bannerjee (Motilal Nehru Public School), lauded the students for their confidence and oratory skills. They also shared valuable feedback and tips to help participants refine their public speaking abilities.

The contest culminated with the prize distribution ceremony. Awards were presented by key dignitaries, including Secretary Archana Ramesh, Joint Secretary Priya Nagarajan, Treasurer Lalitha Seshadri, Principal Rajani Shekhar, and Vice Principal P.K. Sahu. Patron Bhanumathi Neelakanthan and Chairpersons Lalitha Chandrashekhar and B. Chandrashekhar extended their unwavering support, contributing to the event’s success.
