Jamshedpur, Sept 15: DBMS English School successfully organized a three-day ‘Art of Living’ workshop for its teachers and staff from 11 to 13 September, aimed at promoting holistic well-being, inner peace, and renewed professional enthusiasm among educators.

The Art of Living, founded in 1981 by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, is rooted in the belief that a stress-free mind and a violence-free society are essential for world peace.

In line with this vision, the workshop at DBMS English School sought to inspire teachers to nurture values of integrity, morality, and compassion in their students.

The sessions were conducted by Jhanvi Goswami and her team from Jamshedpur, along with educationist Muralidhar Koteshwar from Bengaluru.

Around 120 teachers actively participated in practices such as three-stage pranayama, bhastrika, Om chanting, and the Sudarshan Kriya. These activities were designed to help educators experience inner calm and channel greater enthusiasm into their teaching.
