Originally launched last year, the Dhanbad-Jammu Tawi Express was scheduled to operate until March 31, 2025. However, under the latest announcement, the train service has been extended until June 29, 2025.

The train will make a total of 26 trips in both directions. Train No. 03309, Dhanbad-Jammu Tawi Express, will run every Tuesday and Saturday from April 1 to June 28, while Train No. 03310, Jammu Tawi-Dhanbad Express, will operate every Wednesday and Sunday from April 2 to June 29.
