DPS Bokaro boy wins CBSE Science Challenge

Dhanbad, Jan 30: Aarush Ranjan, a Class X student of Delhi Public School (DPS) Bokaro, has been declared the winner of the prestigious CBSE Science Challenge 2024-25 in the Class X category.

The CBSE Science Challenge is a competitive examination that assesses students across various scientific disciplines, with a strong focus on Environmental Science and Sustainability.

According to school officials, Aarush Ranjan’s dedication and exceptional commitment to scientific excellence propelled him to this remarkable achievement.

Rigorous evaluation process

The competition is known for its rigorous evaluation process, covering a wide range of subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Science.

DPS Bokaro Principal Dr. A.S. Gangwar praised Aarush’s achievement, calling it a reflection of the hard work and dedication of both the students and faculty at the school.

“We are immensely proud of him. His achievement is not just a testament to his academic excellence but also an inspiration for others,” he said.

Notably, Aarush recently secured the first position in Jharkhand in one of the country’s most prestigious science competitions, Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM). He has also qualified for the national-level examination of VVM, scheduled for May 2025. Additionally, he demonstrated remarkable success in the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO).
