Ranchi, July 21: Delhi Public School, Ranchi, under the leadership of Principal Dr. Jaya Chauhan, has taken a step towards uplifting the teaching standards by launching a new initiative — the ‘Teacher of the Month’ award.
This monthly recognition is aimed at motivating educators and enhancing the overall quality of teaching at the institution.

Teachers will be felicitated based on a comprehensive set of parameters including parental and student feedback, punctuality, regularity and innovative teaching methodologies. The initiative is designed to create a culture of excellence and dedication among the faculty members.
Today, Muskan Uppal from the Primary Wing was honoured with the inaugural ‘Teacher of the Month’ award for her commitment, creative teaching methods and consistent positive feedback from students and parents alike.

On the occasion, Principal, Dr. Jaya Chauhan shared her thoughts: “At DPS Ranchi, we believe that a motivated teacher creates an empowered classroom.
