When asked if any family spoke about any hardship or probelm ranging from police department level to family level like land dispute, children’s education, health etc to which SDPO Sadar said, “We wished these families should share with us. But none of the families uttered any word about themselves.”

Police Commemoration Day is observed every October 21 in memoriam of those 10 policemen who were slain by the Chinese troops in an ambush at Hot Springs in Ladakh.
