Jamshedpur, Aug 21: IIM Ranchi today unveiled the Young Changemakers Program 3.0 (YCP) 2024 (The Impact Edition).

This year’s iteration of the program has been notably expanded to engage high school students from around the globe, fostering a dynamic international community of future leaders.

Aim to address rural and real-world issues

YCP 3.0 is designed to tackle ongoing societal challenges by empowering students in grades 9 through 12.

The program offers a distinctive opportunity for participants to immerse themselves in rural Indian communities and gain hands-on experience in addressing real-world issues.

This immersive approach fosters impactful social change through active learning and community engagement.

Rural Immersion Bootcamp

A key feature of YCP 3.0 is the Rural Immersion Bootcamp, a five-day offline and residential segment. This component is tailored for students passionate about social work, community development, and creating sustainable, long-lasting impact.

Participants will witness the challenges faced by underprivileged communities firsthand, develop empathy, and enhance their leadership skills while crafting innovative solutions to real problems.

The comprehensive curriculum includes virtual learning modules, an intensive on-campus bootcamp, and ongoing support. Students will gain crucial skills and knowledge to drive positive change and build meaningful social projects.

YCP also offers robust mentorship, networking opportunities, and guidance to help participants scale their initiatives effectively.
